Ministry issue skills policy for move to IPv6

Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has issued a basic policy for the move to IPv6. The ministry expects IPv4 addresses to run out in early 2011 and has set-up a study group to facilitate the move to IPv6. The new policy addresses the skills needed for network technicians.
